iCurated: Master-Level Curator Community
iCurated enables those who know a lot about a topic to share with those who do not. When you join this community, you can opt-in to curate specific topics* for which you are deeply knowledgeable. All top-ranked Curators are eligible to receive compensation. Our community is organized like a virtual library featuring over 35,000 topics ranging from broad to very specific. Whatever your passion, that topic is available for curation.
iCurated shortcuts the information-seeking process by giving its users a direct path to a community-upvoted Curator who leads a discussion board about your specific topic(s). It’s a noisy world. There’s so much information thrown at us daily that it is increasingly difficult to distinguish “free advice” as “good” or “bad” because so much of it is commission-driven and therefore heavily biased. Researching online takes a lot of time: People search on Google, sift through dozens or hundreds of sites, real (or fake!) reviews and posts while filtering all of this information.
iCurated compensates its Curators based on a complex algorithm of crowd-sourced feedback, mastery of a specific topic(s) and overall engagement. This gives our community-ranked Curators the freedom to showcase their deep knowledge without product bias. Curators are motivated to help you find YOUR best solution.
iCurated compensates our Curator heroes for sharing their advice. Members get direct, unbiased advice about important and current topics; over time the iCurated community improves and becomes a better place for all.
iCurated Curators help the community by hosting discussion topic(s), answering posted questions, making recommendations, and staying engaged with your topic followers. If any user of your community makes a qualified purchase related to your Curated topic(s), you (and other top-ranked Curators) earn a share of that revenue. Curators earn and retain their ranking by claiming topics and maintaining iCurated’s quality standards.
If you would like to be a Curator, start by claiming topic(s): START HERE. When you set up your profile page, tell us where to direct payments (to you or to a charitable organization of your choice). Then, stay engaged to stay ranked.
*Sharing your knowledge has rewards. When you “claim” a topic, you become a Curator. All Curators are eligible to earn badges and street cred. Top-ranked Curators are eligible to earn a share of affiliate revenues generated within your topic(s), as detailed in the Curator Agreement.
