He sold equipment, and construction remodeling services and has failed to deliver any labor or materials as promised. He is a GRIFTER. He will have emergencies: His mother is on her deathbed in Cuba; he claims to then be unable to meet his promises because of back surgery (spinal blocks - several of them)> He claims to not receive your deposit so you must resend it again (via Zelle, Venmo, etc) but he will then keep all payments. This guy is a SAD STORY and he promises the moon but he IS BAD NEWS. He stole thousands of dollars from two families in Southern Florida. He will steal without any morality. And he carries his bible around and his little daughter and preys on those who will help him. He claims to be from Cuba; says he worked for the Bacardi family in the Bahamas. Just this past month: He stole thousands of dollars in deposits; then disconnected his phone number once he knows the gig is up. YOU ARE WARNED!! He used this stolen money to buy a black SUV Audi License Plate, Florida DNRZ91 or QNRZ91. Reporting to the police in Tampa and Monroe Counties.
