The Doors of Perception
Aldous Huxley is one of the most beloved, and critically acclaimed writers in literary history. In his controversial novel, The Doors of Perception, Huxley describes in graphic detail his experiences with the drug mescaline, and the surreal and often frightening visions which those experiences induced. Originally published nearly seventy years ago, The Doors of Perception is as vital and culturally relevant as it has ever been at any time in history. The title of this book was inspired by “Heaven and Hell," by William Blake. The Doors of Perception stands alongside Huxley's other printed works as an undisputed modern masterpiece!
