I haven't read it yet, but the illustrations look great and it is tracking as the #1 Best Seller in Homeschooling. Now I have served my time in various schools as the gift of a traveling family - one I count among them as most influential, to at the very least, memorable, was a Southern Baptist K-12 in Ohio. In the 80's a very popular subject of that time was “Creationism". This is the "science" that tries to prove that the world was in fact created by God in 7 days. Literally. It also systematically disproves evolution, carbon dating - you know those bumper stickers of the little Christian fish with feet on them symbolizing evolution? Well, I'd imagine those folks wouldn't love this book.
