It seems like when you search for a health & wellness spa these days, even the local motel comes up in the results. We've been reviewing destination spa resorts, so that is what we are focused on today. Think Canyon Ranch, Miraval, The Ranch at Malibu, etc. Each has its own magic formula, and after doing a lot of deep research (and travel!) to the various destination spas, we've come up with our own recommendation. The answer, of course, is that there are awesome options out there but they are suited to specific types of people. So, it is best to first know your primary objective: are you seeking a gentle fitness reset, a highly structured boot camp, or a healthy-ish couples' vacation with some smart food choices?
