Household furnishings
Furniture can be a surprisingly interesting topic, from the theory of creation, design and woodworking, to the art of furniture selection and placement. Westerners know the field as “interior design”, and it can include not only furniture but other objects and designs including wall and floor coverings, selection of colors and textures, and much more. Eastern ideas often creep into the west as well, and we find ourselves contemplating practices such as “feng shui”, the art of carefully arranging a room to maximize “energy flow” and improve our moods and fortunes, or the now popular videos of Marie Kondo telling us how to declutter our lives by throwing away our possessions which do not “spark joy”.
This is a set of two small end tables or nightstands. They’re made of an eco-friendly material which is durable, easy to clean, and odor-neutral. Designed to be easy to assemble and appropriate for any room in your house, with an aesthetic of simplicity and a dark color to blend in with your existing decor. Their “petite” size makes them highly appropriate for smaller rooms, apartments without much floor space or people on a budget. They’re well-built and should last a long time, but you will have to assemble them yourself.
