This book will be enjoyable to biblical scholars, students, and anyone interested in prophecy. It is divided into three parts with twenty seven digestible chapters. Each chapter offers further suggested reading materials, discussion and reading assignments. The author clearly has a sense of humor, for example in a chapter titled “Prayer and Praise from Inside the Fish," we are reintroduced to Jonah (as in belly of the whale Jonah). From the prophet Ezekial the author brings us “New Life for Those Who Are Really, Really Dead". For the visual learners there are beautiful photographs, and archeological photos which really bring the story to life (pun). Well reviewed, and with a great price purchase the hardcover as you will be keeping this one!
