The History of Christianity in Asia: Volume 2, by author Samuel Hugh Moffett, picks up where the first volume left off. This second volume, published by Orbis, on July 28, 2014, covers four hundred yers, beginning in the year 1500, and concluding in 1900. Like its predecessor, this second volume features a tremendous amount of research, and presents it in a fun, educational, and easy to read manner. The time between 1500 and 1900 was one of tremendous missionary outreach work being done. However, the results were equal parts success and failure. The book was originally published in 2014, by Orbis Publications.
