Catechism of the Catholic Church: Trent Edition, was released by the Roman Catholic church on June 19, 2017. It is the most current edition of the original text, which was first published in 1993. The book was designed for Pastors to use in the education of their congregations as to the teachings of the Catholic faith. Church members and lay people alike should be well aware of these teachings, and hold them as a trusted and highly regarded sect of their own faith. This updated edition is laid out much differently, and has an entirely updated format than the original 1993 release of the book.
