You do not want to need this book. But if you do, you will find it very thorough. Some scenarios include: search and frisks, use of force when making arrests, the complex psychology around eye witness accounts, defendants rights, evidence rules, and plea bargains. Brought to you by publisher NOLO, who could not be more highly recommended. Author Paul Bergman, a Professor at the UCLA School of Law has published numerous articles in law journals, and regularly gives presentations on how law and lawyers are portrayed in film. This sixteenth edition of the Criminal Law Handbook was released on January 28, 2020, and published by NOLO.

The reason I am an expert in my curations:
I am not an expert in all topics, but I created iCurated to attract expert curators in their respective fields to our community.

One tip I will only share with the iCurated community:
There are experts who can help you before you make purchase decisions. Chances are...iCurated has an expert curator who can help you decide!
